My Story
Hailing proudly from Dallas, Texas, Corey Jefferson is a compassionate force committed to transforming lives and communities. His journey began at David W. Carter High School, laying the foundation for a life dedicated to wellness, mentorship, and community development.
In 1993, Corey entered a transformative chapter at Langston University in Oklahoma, where fate introduced him to his wife, Alanna. Now, 28 years later, their enduring commitment has blossomed into a beautiful family, including two adult children and the joy of their lives, a cherished grandchild.
With a solid educational background, Corey earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Northwood University. Fueled by a passion for knowledge and a desire to support others, he pursued a Master of Arts in Counseling from Liberty University, gaining the skills to make a lasting impact on individuals and communities.
Corey's journey extends beyond academia; he serves as a devoted church-plant pastor, playing a key role in establishing a vision of transforming lives.
With over two decades of experience, Corey has actively participated and collaborated with faith-based initiatives and provided leadership to non-profit community organizations.
His influence is deeply ingrained in various programs, holding pivotal roles at the county and government levels. Corey's dedication to community well-being is evident in the creation and implementation of impactful initiatives that continue to shape the lives of those he serves.
